Job Details
The role is to provide a corporate postal and scanning function.
Your main responsibilities will be to open and sort the incoming mail, distribution and preparation of outgoing mail. To prepare, scan and reference documentation.
Previous experience of working within a Document Services environment would be an advantage, although full training will be given. Some manual handling including heavy lifting is required, for example a standard royal mail postal box containing mail.
Your approach to working must be flexible to cope with the demands, targets and pressures of a busy team.
