Job description

Are you tired of retail/bar working hours? Or, perhaps you’re looking for your first office-based role? We have a great opportunity to work at our newly refurbished, trendy Stratford-upon-Avon office.

This role is all about your character, we’re looking for someone who’s motivated and is looking to get stuck in. As part of this role, you will be trained to learn all the basics, and rest assured, you’ll be supported by a great team and line manager to help with your development along the way!

Responsibilities include:

  • Completing printing requests from a variety of different sources
  • Creating, editing, converting and enhancing documents to and from multiple formats
  • Creating electronic bundles and completion bibles
  • Scanning documents using production scanners, MFDs and wide format devices. Ensuring all pages are legible, correctly rotated, no pages are missing and poor quality documents are enhanced
  • Preparation and re-preparation of documents – removal of and adding of documents to and from envelopes, all types of bindings e.g. staples, paperclips, treasury tags, wallets and header sheets etc.
  • Transferring of data to and from removable media, cloud based solutions, document and case management systems
  • Liaising with clients to manage deadlines and any subsequent queries
  • Processing and distributing incoming documents and items within set SLAs, ensuring everything is logged and traceable
  • Collecting and processing outgoing post, including the processing of large mailings when required
  • Arrange couriers and other signed for deliveries and collections by request, ensuring relevant details are recorded for charging and auditing purposes
  • Sending and retrieving files to and from our off-site storage provider, ensuring full end-to-end audit trails are available. Completing destruction of files as required in line with our retention and destruction policy

Skills and experience you will have:

  • Excellent IT skills with advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and PDF software. Knowledge of I-manage and Uniflow and Fiery would also be beneficial
  • Written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, whist remaining calm and professional
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task

How we work

We have hubs in Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leicester, London, Lincoln, Milton Keynes, Nottingham, Solihull, Stratford-upon-Avon and Sheffield. This role will be based from our Stratford upon Avon Hub.
