Document Production Specialist Remote
Job description
We are looking for remote Legal Document Production Specialists to work for a global law firm to to work on a as and when basis.
A global law firm is looking to adapt it’s current model of Legal Document Production staffing and are looking to have a team of completely remote workers that they can call upon as and when needed.
They operate on a 24/7 basis so the shifts are varied week on week. It will all be based on the demands of the business.
We are looking for 5 to 6 experienced Legal DP operators who want to work on their own terms and not be bound by any particular shift. You can work as many or as few hours as your lifestyle demands.
In order to be considered for this ongoing temporary role, you must have the following attributes:
- Be an experienced Legal Document Production Specialist – this is absolutely non-negotiable
- Be adept at proofing and correcting common mistakes confidently and without supervision. Always striving for as close to 100% accuracy
- Have the confidence to liaise with the clients directly and keep them informed of the progress of their document
- Be an advanced user of Word, Excel and PowerPoint. If you have used Visio then this will help too
Training on systems and templates will be provided on a remote basis and the firm will provide all technical kit as well.
This is a UK based operation and as much as this role is remote, we are asking only candidates who are based in the UK with a valid work visa to apply.
