Job description
My Client is a Principal Contractor who works heavily all across London. They are looking to take on 2x Document Controllers/Assistant Site Admin to join their on-site team who will be responsible for managing all aspects of document control and procedures. The ideal candidates will be able to preform under pressure, as well as meeting deadlines and making sure the work is up to standard with the companies policies.
Contract length is initially 5 Months, however there is a high chance of being offered a permanent role afterwards.

- Aiste
- BIM360
- Veiwpoint
- Sharepoint
Document Controller Duties:
- Manage Inductions alongside management team.
- Update and log drawing changes.
- Submitting of month end reports.
- Submitting Quality Assurance (QA) Records
Document Controller Requirements:
- Must be competent with the systems listed above
- Must have at least 3-5 years experience within Document Controlling in the UK
- Must have a reliable commute plan
