In this role you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day through put of project documents between all stakeholders on the project. The role involves maintaining document logs, recording all correspondence, and maintaining a database of key submission dates. The role also involves printing and preparation of project document submission packs, maintenance of quality and project documentation and general office administration duties
MAIN TASKS & DUTIES
· Maintain revisions and status on Drawing Schedule
· Monitor submission dates and report compliance
· Maintain up to date master office copies and drawing logs
· Print and organise hard copies as required
· Liaise with site teams, client, designers etc
· Maintain standard documents
· General Office administration duties
· To ensure the daily, weekly, and monthly deadliness are processed and met.
· To attend site meetings & prepare minutes, distribute them and follow up on action points
· Maintaining excel worksheets e.g., RFI Schedule
· All other duties as reasonably required
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
· Experience working in a similar role
· Extensive administration experience
· Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
· Good attention to detail
· Effective communication skills
· Microsoft Office
· Document Management System
