Role Overview
We are currently recruiting for a Divisional Sales Director who will be reporting to the Sales Director UK & Ireland (Hard Services).
The main role purpose is to develop, implement and oversee an effective UK sales process across the OCS Technical Services division, lead major tender opportunities, manage and direct the divisional sales team with responsibility for delivering profitable revenue growth, and pipeline building within our target clients and sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sustainable UK & Ireland Sales Growth
- Strategic marketing activity
- Pipeline development
- Uphold and deliver on the UK & I sales growth high-level strategy
- UK & Ireland bid process, data management and sign-off governance
- Support as required, in association with CMDO & UK & Ireland Sales Directors (Soft and Hard Services), major bids for bundled/TFM opportunities.
- Provide sales leadership and direction for the UK Technical Services sales management team.
- Monitor sales objectives, targets, performance and other agreed KPIs.
- Monitor and manage the performance of the sales teams via 1:1’s.
- Ensure focus on management by fact, identification of root causes of problems and issues and the development of corrective action plans as appropriate.
- Manage an effective coverage model.
- Maximise new business development opportunities.
- Own and develop key strategic relationships with key prospects and partners.
- Support the wider sales team in developing high-performance teams and a culture of change management.
- Develop and sustain sales operational excellence and strong sales process management.
- Assist in the recruitment of new sales talent as required and ensure that robust sales process programmes are in place and adopted.
- Liaise with marketing and sales teams to identify, develop and penetrate new revenue sectors for the group.
- Identify and develop existing customer opportunities.
- Manage, as required, existing client retender requirements.
