As the NDPH Diversity Facilitator you will be coordinating and supporting the department’s Athena SWAN applications, aimed at improving career opportunities and promoting gender balance.
To be considered for the role you will be educated to degree level or equivalent and have in depth knowledge of equality and diversity issues. You will also have excellent organisational and communication skills with a flexible approach to problem-solving and ability to show initiative.
The position is part-time (50% FTE) fixed term for three years.
