ELEVATE is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist involving in end-to-end recruitment process for all business units globally from junior to executive level. One will work closely with HRBPs to understand and fulfil the business requirements from the business leaders.

Responsibilities

Regional Recruitment Mandates (85%)

  • Partner with business partners in the region to understand open jobs and take full ownership of those mandates
  • Work closely with HRBPs and regional HR Generalists in carrying out end-to-end recruitment exercises
  • Achieve KPIs and fulfil business needs on recruitment in a timely manner
  • Create and manage the candidate pipelines and perform active candidate searching as well as owning the complete candidate funnel
  • Deliver an engaging experience to all candidates emphasizing cultural fit
  • Prepare employment offers, contracts and onboarding documents for new hires
  • Conduct reference checks for new hires

Manage recruitment channels and funnel creation (10%)

  • Explore new resources and manage various recruitment channels including but not limited to local job boards, recruitment fairs, campus recruitment
  • Handle quotation, payment and renewal issues related to recruitment

Global recruitment projects (5%)

  • Other ad hoc project as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4-6 years’ regional HR experience in in-house recruitment / RPO agency, especially in IT industry / professional industries
  • Knowledge in ESG / sustainability spectrum will be a plus
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance, Human Resources practices and related legislation knowledge on SEA countries will be an advantage
  • Self-starter, with the ability to take initiative and fast learner
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Effective communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and detail-oriented are required
  • Experience in dynamic and fast pace professional environment
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available would be an advantage
