We are looking for a Distribution Channel Account Manager - EMEA, reporting to the senior Director, Global Distribution & SaaS Transformation. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business with key identified distribution partners in the Northern EMEA region. You will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Regional Sales, Channels, Solution Architects, Operations, and Credit to provide operational support, drive incremental growth, and ensure effective communication between internal teams and distribution partners. What you’ll do:

  • Manage and grow Infoblox revenue with key identified distribution partners
  • Provide end-of-quarter support to ensure strong communication and execution of orders with sales, channels, and operations
  • Build business plans for the quarter, half, and full year with distributors
  • Align strategic distribution plans with Channel Account Managers for local execution
  • Work closely with the Global Distribution leadership team, Channel team, and Sales teams
  • Drive incremental growth and seek new logo opportunities across the distribution partners
  • Act as the first point of contact for key distribution partners and internal teams for day-to-day operations and support
  • Conduct quarterly training sessions with Distribution teams to ensure they stay current on our value proposition and can articulate the Infoblox message
  • Identify "better together" opportunities through ecosystem knowledge and cross-team collaboration
  • Ensure both sales and technical teams at key distribution partners are up-to-date on training certifications for Skilled to Secure program requirements

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven experience of success in a similar role managing distribution partnerships
  • Superb knowledge of AWS and Azure Marketplace transactions
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of the IT industry, specifically network services and security is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

What success looks like:

After six months, you will…

  • Meet or exceed your quarterly revenue targets
  • Successfully complete quarterly management by objectives
  • Build a quarterly business review and communication cadence with distributors and engage Channel Sales and local Sales teams

After about a year, you will…

  • Meet or exceed your annual revenue targets
  • Successfully complete all quarterly MBOs
  • Build a quarterly business review and communication cadence with distributors and engage Channel Sales and local Sales teams
  • Become the regional expert on distribution and the value they can add to Infoblox
  • Become proficient in distributor transactions in AWS and Azure Cloud Marketplaces
