Job description
We are looking for a positive, energetic person to join us in our Distillery Tour Team!
£65 set fee per tour. Each shift lasts roughly 3 - 4 hours.
This Team Member’s duties include:
Running and managing induvial tours. You will be required to present an in-depth tour of our distillery, creating a positive atmosphere while moving customers around our stunning distillery.
We are looking for someone who is great at working independently, whilst also a team player. Staying calm and focused when dealing with busy tours. Our distillery tour team strive to ensure all customers receive a 5-star experience on each visit. Willingness to learn and a committed, can-do attitude is a necessity.
After full training has been given, our Tour Guide's run each tour independently from greeting guests & serving drinks to after sales & closing down.
Essential Criteria
Full confidence of talking in front of large groups of people
High levels of customer service
Good timekeeping
Experience in a customer facing role
Willingness to support all areas of the business
Minimum 18 years old
Desirable Criteria
Knowledge of spirits and distilling – You will have full onsite training.
Enthusiastic customer service
Eager to learn & desire to develop
Hours of work
Distillery Tours currently run on weekend evenings – Friday and Saturday. Please only apply if you are willing to work at least one of this night per week. Sunday tours may run during the busier summer months.
