Salary: From £20,500, depending on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week (between 8am and 4pm)

Working style: Hybrid and flexibility to work 15 days per year from abroad anywhere in Europe

VF Corporation is looking for an outstanding Disputes Coordinator to join our Team in Calverton, Nottinghamshire.

Let's talk about the role!

As a Disputes Coordinator you will be responsible for managing all disputes across our customer base, ensuring timely clearance of old items, identification of process improvement areas, root cause analysis, and meeting appropriate KPI metrics and SLAs. You will also be responsible for:

  • Daily management of portfolio of disputes through an in-house database, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
  • Building and distributing reports to key stakeholders, providing trend analysis and overviews of the ongoing and forecasted positions
  • Building relationship with relevant departments and stakeholders by attending recurring meetings.
  • Monitoring and managing assigned portfolio of disputes speeding up the resolution process.
  • Assisting the credit controllers with reconciliations of larger accounts.
  • Accommodate trainings on internal dispute processes to support stakeholders within the brands and department.
