Innovative Logistics Group, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Dispatcher to join our team and contribute to our growing trucking services division, specializing in Box Trucks and Hotshot deliveries.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently schedule and dispatch Box Truck and Hotshot drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and deliveries.
- Maintain open lines of communication with drivers, customers, and internal team members to coordinate operations effectively.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Utilize dispatching software and other relevant tools to track shipments, update documentation, and optimize routes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and improve overall performance.
- Provide drivers with the necessary information, instructions, and support to facilitate successful deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies throughout the dispatching process.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance dispatching operations.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written) is essential.
- Proven experience as a dispatcher in the trucking or logistics industry, specifically with Box Trucks and Hotshot deliveries, is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with drivers and customers.
- Proficiency in using dispatching software and other relevant computer applications.
- Sound knowledge of trucking regulations, routes, and geographical areas.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently.
