- Is thoroughly familiar with Zoll’s Computer Aided Dispatch software.
- Effectively interfaces with Action team members, patients, and external customers including members of local E-911 Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs).
- Related duties as assigned
Interactions
This position requires daily interaction with all team members, key customers, patients, and other stakeholders.
- The Communications Center Team Members will have the following skills as a minimum a High School diploma.
- He/She must currently be or have been a certified EMT and Certified in EMD and have excellent area knowledge.
- He/she must be able to effectively communicate with staff, managerial team members, and external customers verbally and in writing.
- He/She should have in depth knowledge of computers, MS Office applications, and Zoll’s RightCAD system.
Working Conditions: This position is an hourly paid position.
