Responsibilities:

· Provide administrative support to the property managers and assist in the smooth running of the property management department.

· Provide a friendly and efficient customer service to clients, suppliers and colleagues.

· Dealing with Telephone Communications Answering the telephone for all incoming enquires and logging the call effectively on Qube.

· Handling simple enquiries or directing calls and logs to relevant staff as appropriate.

· Secretarial Scanning, filing logging and/or shredding correspondence and assisting Property Managers in maintaining an organized, efficient and well-presented office environment.

· Writing emails and letters as directed by Property Managers, responding to tenant standard enquiries.

· Typing up letters, meeting minutes and site visit notes as and when required by Property Managers.

· Running mail merges and distributing correspondence as directed by Property Managers.

· Great communications skills, both written and oral
