Director, Technical Program Management
Overview
The Prepaid Management Services team is looking for an experienced Director, Technical Program Management to drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Program/ Portfolio Management of large and strategic programs
- Manage Senior/ Executive level stakeholders
- Build and maintain holistic views of the program/ portfolio that present both strategic as well current state
- Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Business Operations, Technology Operations, Fraud Management, Compliance, Treasury and other teams to ensure a single view of the program/ portfolio across the teams
- Develop presentations meant for Senior and Executive Leadership level consumption, example- business cases, program overviews, roadmaps, strategic communications, strategic objectives and results etc
- Operates between teams overseeing the gaps between teams, processes, and systems, while removing all blocking issues leading to a program outcome
- Work with vendors, partners and external 3rd party teams to drive results, make presentations, review scope, timelines etc
- Act as a utility player who can work with equal elan with the teams on the ground as well as senior level stakeholders
- Introduce leading indicators/ metrics that can predict outcomes of the program while enabling management decisions through program insights and key performance metrics
- Deep experience in program management with exposure to fraud management, compliance, mandates etc
- Experienced in SAFe, Waterfall, Kanban and other delivery methodologies
- Must have ability to communicate in details with the technology teams as well as at a strategic level with the senior stakeholders
- Must have prior experience building, implementing and tracking plans for large and complex programs that span multi-year, multiple geographies and have multiple delivery and support partners
- Must be able to think strategically and build strategic roadmaps for the programs to achieve their objectives
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Must have been responsible for delivery and engineering in the past and hence must come from a technology background
- Must have great negotiation skills that help arrive at solutions with various competing stakeholders/ teams.
- Should be able to analyse trends, data and reports to come up with compelling solutions to complex problems.
- Must be able to identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels
