Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Hunter to join our sales team. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and acquiring new customers. You will play a critical role in driving our sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain a sales pipeline: Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by consistently identifying and qualifying new leads.
· Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations: Present our products or services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits they offer. Effectively communicate our unique selling propositions and address any client objections or concerns.
· Negotiate and close sales deals: Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer needs and tailoring solutions to meet their requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts, aiming for a win-win outcome. Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and negotiate effectively.
· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment and quickly learn about new products or services.
· Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and quotas.
· Build and nurture client relationships: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.
· Collaborate with internal teams: Inside Sales team who will actively pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
· Stay updated on industry trends: Continuously expand knowledge of the industry, market trends, and competitors. Stay informed about new product features and enhancements to effectively communicate their value to customers.
