Leads the intersection of strategic thinking and precision execution by delivering world class processes, disciplines and services- Promotes collaboration between all departments to foster operational and ministry excellence
- Ensures consistent orchestration across the global regions of the:
- Delivery operational processes (project management, tools, reporting, customer satisfaction, enablement, reference, metrics, etc.) and
- Sales processes (opportunity management, bookings forecasting, demand generation, enablement, contracting, bid management, metrics, etc.) and
- Process alignment with regional strategies, as well as other operations teams
- Oversees configuration and usage of Salesforce to ensure optimal configuration for all teams
- Critical resource in determining route to market, channel and product performance, development of territories and strategies, and supporting compensation models
- Leads the execution of an optimized operating model by uniquely driving best practice
- Collaborates closely with departments to identify synergies, areas of optimization, and deliver first class service
- Challenges complexity and aims for innovative solutions to optimize processes and drive simplification
- Leads the operating planning development and ensure sales teams fully leverage the available resources to address GTM dimensions
- Helps to lead global and ministry areas to exceed their service revenue and ministry targets
- Ensures standard use of operating policies, processes and practices that enable the principles of the GTM
- Travel: Up to 25%
Qualifications:
Church minded leader with a heart for shepherding and discipling- Good balance between analytical and conceptual skills
- Understanding of the specific business challenges and drivers of sales and delivery teams with a personal contribution to operational efficiencies and effectiveness
- Proven track record of successful people and project management in both services sales and delivery environments.
- Successful management experience of Business Operations and Services Operations team
- Experienced in the management of bookings and revenue accountability
WORK EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 8 – 10 years’ experience working in Sales and/or Consulting with a focus on Operations and Strategy
- Experience operating in a matrix environment
- 5+ years' experience with budgeting and financial reporting / forecasting
- Extensive experience with implementation and support of CRM systems, Salesforce strongly preferred
- Excellent business and commercial acumen – able to understand the various business drivers in our business model
- Works, collaborates and influences key stakeholders
- Deep sales & delivery process domain experience in the areas of business planning, demand management, deal qualification, forecasting, project management, and customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem solving and hands-on analytical skills
- Excellent communications skills, executive presence and highly developed interpersonal skills
- Individual who champions change and leads by example through business change initiatives
- Excellent leadership qualities: create vision, inspire team to follow, build a cohesive team, develop employees, and manage performance
