As the Sales Director for the North America region, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities and building customer relations to achieve revenue targets. We are seeking an experienced individual contributor who will drive net new business efforts and provide strategic vision. In this role, you will represent North America, Europe and report to the Global VP of Sales.
Role & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for building a strong sustainable business and achieving bookings targets, building the pipeline, managing the sales forecasting process, and building our brand in your territory.- Achieve sales targets and implement sales, and marketing strategies, both short term & long term.
- Manage weekly forecasting process to provide visibility to the leadership of sales pipeline growth and ability to achieve bookings targets.
- Manage and develop High-level customer relationships, develop a “customer focus” mindset.
- Participate actively in the development of the business strategy of North America, championing process simplification, operational execution, and building strong stakeholder partnerships.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve success and manage interactions with our existing customers.
- Identify opportunities, continuous prospecting and present demos to potential customers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
- Use quantifiable success metrics, measurement methods, and reporting processes to prioritize which efforts are most impactful to the business.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- 5+ years of experience in Direct Sales position and bringing in new business logos.
- Proven track record of quota attainment and overachievement.
- Demonstrate success in delivering in a high-growth, acquisition-challenged sales organization.
- Experience in exposure to senior leadership demonstrated ability to build and sustain. customer relationships at the highest levels.
- Experience working across the North American region.
- Detailed knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Beauty, Fashion and CPG experience are a plus.
