Saratech is seeking a Sales Director with B2B Sales experience. This is a full-time position located in the territory assigned. Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications, experience, and abilities

Salary Range:

  • $100,000 -$200,000

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides direct support to field Sales and Management in the planning, development and implementation of local sales and account strategic plans, programs and strategies.
  • Coaches and mentors field sales on all aspects of the sales call, addressing skills, technical, financial and business knowledge.
  • Development of sales resource deployment and market development.
  • Defines a coaches the execution of Strategic account plans for the customer, integrating long term customer strategy.
  • Articulate company’s services approach and value proposition to instill confidence in our clients and be viewed by the client as the preferred solution provider for software implementation and engineering services.
  • Establish a professional, working, and consultative, relationship with the client, including the C-level for mid-to-large accounts by developing a core understanding of the unique business needs of the client within their industry.
  • Leverage existing client relationships to grow Saratech and build the pipeline in, and drive pursuit of, the full Saratech portfolio.
  • In-depth knowledge of client's business, organizational structure, business processes, and financial structure.
  • Ability to successfully drive sales of full portfolio including hardware, supplies, and services, in all existing and new named accounts through prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Responsible for managing accuracy of sales forecast and quota for assigned team
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of industry trends, associated solutions, and key partners. Must be willing to travel.

Skills/Experience:

  • minimum 5 years in sales organization leadership experience
  • minimum 10 years of engineering software sales
  • Engineering/Technical Degree is preferred but not a requirement
  • Familiarity with the Siemens North America organization and their PLM software solutions
  • Experience working in a technical environment – specifically in the engineering / manufacturing industry
  • Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and design cycles
  • A proven track record of Consultative Sales success. We are looking for a consultant with experience partnering with customers - not a transactional sales rep.
  • Experience using SFDC a plus.
