You will also be joining a cohesive and supportive senior operations leadership team comprised of five Divisional Operations Directors, two Deputy Chief Operating Officers and a Chief Operating Officer, where co-ordination and collaborative working are a key part of how we work.

Most importantly, you will share the values and ambitions of our Trust and you will be patient and results focused as well as being a compassionate, inclusive and visible leader, who will contribute to creating and sustaining a culture of positive leadership and innovation within the Trust.

The Trust has an exciting and ambitious strategy for the future which includes plans for the redevelopment of Hinchingbrooke Hospital and for opening further capacity at Peterborough City Hospital. There is a growing level of collaboration and partnership working across the ICS and the north of the county.
