Working in our Customer Care Centre, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the primary interface between our internal and external customers
- Ensuring all customer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Assigning emergency breakdown calls to our team of skilled and qualified Engineers
- Ensuring all customer and engineer queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently
- Maintaining Otis Business Systems updates with specific, accurate information
- Ordering parts, providing quotes and ensuring that delivery commitments to our National Accounts are being met.
To be successful for this role you must be able to demonstrate that you have:
