Job description
Keep Me Breathing are an entrepreneurial, specialist Med Tech Charity looking for a brilliant, dynamic Director of Operations. 20 Hours per week, typically Monday - Thursday (with occasional weekends required).
You must have experience of leading a team and be able to work with key stakeholders and engineers to help Keep Me Breathing reach its goals. We require someone who is able to take a bootstrap approach to getting involved with everything from engaging with potential corporate partners to setting up event stands and manning them for a day with the team.
You need to have a passion to make a real difference to the lives of the children the Keep Me Breathing team are working for. We need someone who is quick thinking, passionate, has a can-do approach and is not afraid to speak out. We want new ideas brought to the table.
You will be challenged every day, learn a huge amount as well as teach and work with a collaborative team. The role will be fast-paced. If you're prepared to hit the ground running as an absolute advocate for what KMB embodies, you'll join and be part of an amazing, supportive team who will help you become the best at what you do while ensuring a real work life balance.
Culturally we are hugely enterprising, goal orientated, trust implicitly and expect leading standards of work. We also like to laugh. We have to laugh!
If you are interested please apply here using a CV and covering letter or alternative creative approach, whichever shows your suitability for this role best. Video is very welcome.
