Do you have extensive senior experience within Sales and Marketing, is this at Director or Head of level? Have you had executive responsibility for overseeing an established sales and marketing function, preferably within a luxurious high-end establishment? Within this role you will be accountable for planning and implementing marketing, sales, and development strategies across all revenue streams. You will oversee the day-to-day operation of reporting departments: Sales, Marketing Comms, Reservations, Event Management in co-ordination with direct report department heads. Other cross functional responsibilities will include Revenue Management, Food and Beverage, and Revenue Centres. Performance and success in this role is measured primarily through top line revenue maximisation, hotel and departmental profit, market and customer engagement, brand awareness and market share performance. Does this sound like you? You have proven experience in developing Sales and Marketing Strategies, creating comprehensive sales and marketing pathways that align with clear goals and objectives. This involves market research, competitive analysis, and identifying target customer segments. Within your established work history, you have proven experience with competitive sales targets and goals, you ensure these targets are met or exceeded. As a director or senior leader within your chosen field you have oversight of a significant budget for the sales and marketing departments, making sure that resources are distributed efficiently to achieve the desired objectives and goals You lead, motivate, and inspire a large sales team, which may include sales managers, representatives, and other sales professionals. Inclusive of the above you drive an established marketing team, inclusive of marketing managers, digital marketing specialists, and other marketing professionals. They guide marketing campaigns, branding efforts, and product launches under your supportive mentorship. Within your work you are well versed in ensuring that leads and prospects are effectively converted into customers You are responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, social media, and content marketing.
