The UCL Global Business School for Health (GBSH) at UCL East campus is an innovative business school preparing future healthcare leaders to disrupt and reimagine global health systems. GBSH is dedicated to training and developing the next generation of leaders in the global health economy by building on UCL’s proud tradition of cross-disciplinary academic excellence in education and research.
We have a fast-growing executive education portfolio with several international clients that we are offering customised programmes. We are launching a full suite of open enrolment programmes in early 2024. The interdisciplinary offering coupled with academic and practitioner expertise across healthcare makes our offering an exciting opportunity for stakeholders across the new health economy.
About the role
We are recruiting for a Director of Executive Education who will lead the executive education operations and learning and teaching activities of our executive education customised and open programmes. The postholder will be responsible for driving forward our executive education strategic plan and will actively collaborate with clients and develop strategic relationships internationally.
The postholder will lead a team of executive education professionals, providing them with strategic direction. They will also work closely with the Education team and academic staff, ensuring the delivery of programme quality and innovation.

About you
The postholder is required to have an MBA or equivalent degree or professional experience. They will also have significant knowledge of executive education, developing teaching technologies, course design and assessment techniques. Experience in leading a positive culture change and business developmental practice of growing market share and working to targets is also essential.
The successful candidate will have excellent organisational and communications skills with the ability to work to targets and work both independently and collaboratively to inspire and influence a wide range of stakeholders, academic colleagues, and the local community.
