Established in 2014, London South East Academies Trust (LSEAT) is a thriving Multi Academy Trust comprising of nine schools spanning Special, AP & Outreach and Mainstream Primary. To accelerate and broaden our impact, we are now seeking to appoint a Director of Education. You will work alongside our CEO, Deputy CEO and other Senior Leaders across our Trust/ Group, to shape our future, embed sustainable excellence and drive our growth strategy.
You’ll bring an inquisitive and innovative mindset, alongside a proven track record of delivering impactful change in schools. With strong influencing skills and a depth of expertise and credibility - you’ll empower and elevate our thinking and, work with and through key stakeholders to enrich our ability to provide consistently high-quality learning experiences for all learners across our evolving Trust.
As a talented school leader, you will combine successful strategic leadership experience in complex settings with ambition, creativity and drive a steadfast commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion. You’ll have the clarity of vision and personal presence to represent LSEAT regionally and nationally so we can play our part in positively contributing to the sector during a period of immense complexity and challenge.

As the Trust supports a number of children and vulnerable adults, all staff are exempt from Section 4(2) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974.
