We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director of Marketing with a strong background within the healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase customer engagement, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our healthcare business.

What will you do?
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans that align with the organization's overall objectives, considering the unique characteristics of the healthcare industry
- Brand management: Build and maintain a strong brand image for our hearing care business, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and ensure they are adhered to by internal/external stakeholders.
- Customer acquisition and retention: Identify target customer segments, develop strategies to attract them, and implement initiatives to retain existing customers. Leverage market research and customer insights to drive customer-focused marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Digital marketing: Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including website optimization, search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising. Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Advertising and promotion: Plan and coordinate advertising and promotional activities, both online and offline, to increase brand visibility and drive footfall to our retail locations. Collaborate with advertising agencies and media partners to optimize marketing efforts.
- Budget management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve desired outcomes. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize spending and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Team leadership and collaboration: Lead a marketing team, providing guidance, mentoring, and professional development opportunities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product management, to align marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
- Market research and competitive analysis: Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead in the competitive healthcare landscape.
What we are looking for
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on sales marketing and preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Experience in both agency and in-house settings is highly desirable.
- Strategic mindset: Proven ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with business objectives and drive results.
- Experience in analyzing market trends and consumer insights to inform decision-making.
- Leadership skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading and developing marketing teams.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Digital marketing expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies and channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and web analytics platforms.
- Healthcare industry knowledge and familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance are advantageous.
- Creative thinking: Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving.
