Job Purpose
As the Brand & Marketing Director at Van Haven, you will be at the helm of our marketing strategies, ensuring maximum efficiency, profitability, and return on investment for all our products and services. Your mission will be to drive growth by crafting exceptional marketing campaigns with a strong ROI.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Creating a robust 12-month marketing & event plan, covering all aspects of our business – from brand, customer experience, events, new van sales & conversions lead generation, and more.
Devising a powerful digital marketing strategy that resonates with our target audience across relevant platforms.
Implementing "call to actions" and prospecting activities based on sales conversion rates to generate enough leads to achieve sales targets.
Enhancing the ownership journey for our valued Van Haven owners, fostering client retention and satisfaction.
Aligning our brand strategy with the CEO's vision by delivering extraordinary customer experiences that go beyond vehicle ownership.
Supporting the sales department by implementing activities to achieve specific sales goals.
Masterminding and delivering impressive events that align seamlessly with the Van Haven brand.
managing our diverse brand ambassadors and brand partner programmes
Setting specific targets and measuring ROI for all marketing activities.
Constantly monitoring customer satisfaction and providing feedback to the management team.
Managing data quality and CRM strategies to generate leads and achieve department targets.
Cultivating brand ambassadors and affinity partnerships to ensure mutual benefit and a positive ROI.
Regularly reviewing and assessing the performance of all marketing activities.
Ensuring effective communication of business results and customer experience across the team.
Driving process improvement initiatives using key data and proposing corrective actions when needed.
Monitoring the national market to enhance market sector penetration.
Implementing effective processes to measure and improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Elevating the customer experience through facility improvements, employee enhancement, and the use of technology.
Managing marketing costs in line with budgetary requirements.
Analysing all marketing KPIs and prioritizing goals for improvement.

You will report directly to the Managing Director
