Job Summary:
Bear Robotics is seeking a Director of Marketing who is a passionate leader and has the ability to curate ideas, distill complex subject matter, and lead an exceptional marketing team to greater results. As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for the creation, management, execution and measurement of all marketing strategies, marketing communications and events.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead the global marketing efforts for Bear Robotics
- Execute successful integrated marketing campaigns across all channels with tight linkages to sales. Work closely with sales, product leads, and executive teams to develop and plan campaigns
- Identify, analyze, pursue and report on market opportunities for growth and portfolio expansion
- Build a high-performance marketing organization and culture through effective project management, open communication, coaching, and staff development
- Oversee and analyze market data; including internal and external sources to find important trends that drive our marketing efforts
- Communicate the marketing plan and results to leadership and across the business
- Drive marketing project schedules and maintain deadlines
- Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels
- Manage the event team and strategy to further build brand awareness and generate leads
- Establish, monitor and report to the leadership team on pipeline progression and other key KPIs measuring the return on the company's marketing programs
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the members of the Marketing department
Required Skills/Abilities/Qualifications:
- Previous experience leading a team and fostering their growth and success
- Experience defining a budget for the department and executing at the growth stage of a startup
- Solid understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools and how they can be integrated
- Strong ability to work independently and cooperatively in a cross functional team environment to achieve goals
- Proven track-record of using data-driven insights to inform operational decisions
- Extensive experience with Salesforce
- Experienced with marketing program execution
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
- Project management experience
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or business admin
- Masters or better in Business Administration (preferred)
- 10+ years of successful track record in senior marketing role and multi-channel integrated campaign creation
