Home Care Rate
Experienced £ 13.50 per hour
New to care £13.00 Per hour until passing probation
Mentor £14.00 per Hour
Mileage 45p per mile
Shift Types
We have a variety of shifts to suit all availability's
Morning/dinner 7 till 2pm
Tea/bed runs 4pm till 9.30pm
At Respectful care we want our carers to see the same clients every time they go out on shift, this does not only enhance the personal experience for the clients, but it also allows our carers to become more confident in calls and build an extensive understanding of what’s their clients’ needs are,

Additional hours
Due to our diverse client base, staff have the option to pick up additional hours as and when by picking up extra hours and we offer pick up bonus of £25 per shift so you could earn an extra £100 per weekend
