We are currently seeking a talented Director of IT in the Omaha area!

As the Director of IT, this individual will collaborate with leaders across the organization to drive technology initiatives to improve the client and employee experience supporting continuous growth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily development operation
• Maintain protocols for business continuity and disaster recovery
• Manage budgetary resources to ensure proper solutions to support the business
• Confers with the information technology management to review achievements and discuss required changes in goals or objectives as a result of current status and conditions
• Maintain a strong focus on supporting applications that deliver a superb client experience
• Lead technology development programs – ensuring project timelines, scope and schedule are met and communicated
• Represent the company at all levels and may assume leadership positions to develop, recommend and implement significant initiatives
• Influence IT standardization decisions and strategic initiatives through this participation and translates relevant activities into concrete action plans

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; or combination of experience and education
• 5+ years of experience in information systems and technology with high level responsibility
• 5+ years of leadership experience
• Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, IBM software, JD Edwards, Python, and/or related software
• Advance knowledge of IT and Systems Management
