Job Description Receptionist/ Staff Support
Job summary
The ideal candidate is professional, dependable, prompt, intelligent, anticipates but does not assume, is quick on his/her feet, independent, responsible, and requires minimal hand-holding.
The primary functions of this job include but are not limited to:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Answer and forward incoming phone calls
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Data entry
- Copying/scanning/filing
Minimum requirements
- High school Diploma
- Experience with computers
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be able to multitask and can work well independently with little supervision
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing changing priorities with constant interruptions

Thursday)

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
