Connect to your Industry

This is your opportunity to join Deloitte Real Asset Advisory team, with an unparalleled capability to provide innovative cross service solutions to the most complex property and construction challenges.

As a team made up of property, finance and construction professionals, we provide strategic and specialist technical advice to a wide range of private and public sector clients across the UK and internationally.

We are seeking for candidates to join our well-established and growing Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management procurement business, which is one of the largest facilities management advisory teams in the UK, and probably worldwide.

We are proud to be a unique, diverse and global team who acts as the global Centre of Excellence to all Deloitte clients. Whether it is a major bank, a leading pharmaceutical company or a UK public sector organisation, you will have the opportunity to work and meet some of the best CRE and FM consultants helping clients optimize their facilities and real estate operations with strategic and practical solutions. Our job is to improve cost efficiency, quality, user experience, or mitigate risks by applying pragmatic measures for real estate occupier organisations who have significant real estate portfolios with complex facilities.

We encourage flexible ways of working, both formal and informal arrangements that allow for the best outcomes for our people and our clients. If this opportunity is of interest to you with some flexibility, please do discuss with us.

Connect to your career at Deloitte

To do this, we invest in outstanding people. We build teams of future thinkers, with diverse talents and backgrounds, and empower them all to reach for and achieve more.

What brings us all together at Deloitte? It’s how we approach the thousands of decisions we make every day. How we behave, our beliefs and our attitudes. In other words: our values. Whatever we do, wherever we are in the world, we lead the way, serve with integrity, take care of each other, foster inclusion, and collaborate for measurable impact. These five shared values lead every decision we make and action we take, guiding us to deliver impact how and where it matters most.

In this role, you will be originating new work by talking to our existing and prospective clients, developing business opportunities, and forming your team to deliver projects and lead client engagements in a range of industries. Some recent project examples we would expect you to lead include:

  • Preparation of the CREFM procurement strategy for a high profile, multi-billion dollars facilities and workplace services transformation programme, including:
    • designing and establishing a new target operating model for a client organisation including the supply chain and service delivery models,
    • helping clients in their ‘make or buy’ decisions on facilities and workplace services,

Our appraisal process is structured, transparent and interactive so you will receive continuous training and ongoing supportive feedback to achieve the goals that you set yourself. You will be part of an environment where excellent client service, creativity, hard work and ambition are rewarded.

Connect to your service line - Financial Advisory

Strong financial planning is just the start. This is where you can change the fortunes of an organisation, working with great minds across our business. Because there’s one thing that makes our advice better than our competitors: our people.

Personal independence

Regulation and controls are standard practice in our industry and Deloitte is no exception. These controls provide important legal protection for both you and the firm. We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints. This can mean that you and your "Immediate Family Members" are not permitted to hold certain financial interests (shares, funds, bonds etc.) with audit clients of the firm. The recruitment team will provide further detail as you progress through the recruitment process.

Connect with your colleagues

“Deloitte’s Real Assets Advisory team focuses on driving value from real assets and addressing the most challenging infrastructure and real estate-related business issues.”

  • Ben, Real Estate

“…the dynamics involved in a procurement process are really interesting to me. A lot of our role is about facilitating the individuals on both supplier and client side of the deal, which requires an understanding of how organisations operate, what they care about etc. So if you’re interested in analysing people and understanding relationship dynamics (lots of nuances in the client & supplier one for example!) then you should find strategic sourcing team engaging and worthwhile.”
