Opportunity for a senior broker to take on a Branch Director position at a progressive and growing independent brokerage based in Bristol.

This will be a leadership position where you will take on a senior role within the business reporting into the Commercial Manager. The main responsibility will be to lead the branch helping them achieve P&L. Ensuring the Development Executives achieve their targets while playing a support role for the team members who look after the Account Handlers.

Setting the culture and creating a thriving working environment will also be your responsibility therefore you must have first class people management and leadership skills.

To be considered you must have experience in a similar position within an insurance brokerage or will be in a senior level leadership role at an insurance brokerage looking for the opportunity to take on more responsibility. You must have experience of P&L, be a true leader, have an in-depth knowledge of the industry but most of all be the type of person who puts colleagues and clients first.
