Digital Director
Position: Full Time
Location: Poole, UK
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits

So, what are we looking for?
We are looking to add a Digital Director to our highly skilled leadership team. You will get to work alongside our digital marketing, creative and design experts to champion digital excellence in the conception, delivery and continuous improvement of websites and applications for our global client portfolio.
This is a technical but, more importantly, strategic role that requires someone who can work closely with and gain the confidence of senior stakeholders and oversee the successful delivery of customer focussed digital solutions that tie into their wider business vision.
In addition you will be an early adopter, excited by embracing, eulogising and embedding new technologies and platforms into our stack. You’ll help keep us at the leading edge of the ever changing digital landscape, matching the ambitions of our tech focused client base.
And to make this a long term success, you’ll have responsibility for leading and growing a small but mighty team of developers and UX/UI designers. You will guide and inspire those around you to create and evolve super-smooth responsive experiences and intuitive web applications through building the internal processes and inter-team partnerships that ensure we deliver effective, and exceptional experiences for our clients’ customers wherever they interact.
Essentials
- Ideally, you’ll have 10+ years’ agency experience working across a broad set of clients in multiple sectors
- Demonstrable experience of leading the entire process from inception and concept to launch of high-end, bespoke technical web apps, dynamic, responsive websites and rich online experiences
- Well versed in human-centred design principles and strategies. You don’t just consider how an audience will process the information in front of them, you consider how they interact with it too.
- Knowledge of establishing and maintaining an organised and robust infrastructure for our platforms, websites and other server reliant projects
- Strong leader who can inspire a team of digital designers and developer that are in-house, remote and/or on the move
- Your finger is on the pulse of the latest trends in digital design and technology with clearly formed opinions on how to navigate the change and keep pushing the technology envelope
