As the captain of your team, you will be responsible for enhancing daily business flows, including financial illustrations, applications, general inquiries, and training. In this hybrid working role, you'll spend three days a week at our client's office, located near Liverpool Street in London.
Here's what you'll be doing as the Account Director:
- Defining and executing strategies to develop key accounts, driving revenue growth and achieving deposit volume and revenue targets.
- Leading a high-performing team towards success, providing guidance, motivation, and support.
- Expanding the adviser penetration of our platform by nurturing long-term relationships and delivering training and education.
- Facilitating the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Proposing and implementing innovative initiatives and promotions to drive platform usage among our adviser accounts.
- Setting goals and objectives for your team, while providing feedback, coaching, and support to help them meet KPIs and objectives.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customers in your portfolio, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions to generate new business.
- Ensuring timely communication, resolving any issues, and maintaining the trust of advisers and clients.
- Utilizing internal systems to analyze sales data and report trends to the wider team and senior leadership.
Here are the skills you'll need:
- Proven experience as an Account Director or in a similar position, showcasing your expertise and ability to lead.
- Successful track record in managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with clients in the financial services industry, such as Finance, FinTech, Platforms, Wealth Management, or Financial Advising.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets, driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership and people skills, inspiring and motivating your team.
- Strong analytical abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to make clear decisions.
- Experience in managing high levels of inquiries while meeting client requirements.
- Proficiency in using the MS Office suite.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
