Are you experienced in Assurance? We have a vacancy for a Regional Representative within our Defence Infrastructure Team in the MOD. The Regional Representative role is wide and varied and is critical in both stakeholder management and resolving assurance issues across the Defence estate in South West, Wales and Central England. Primarily the role is dealing with assurance and ensuring stations receive the service as laid down within our Aquatrine contract.

The Aquatrine Private Finance Initiative (PFI) delivers water and wastewater (WWW) Infrastructure and Services in support of those living, working and training on the Defence estate.

The post holder is responsible for resolving WWW issues which arise in the area. The Regional Representative is responsible for analysing and responding to feedback key to addressing customers’ needs and any WWW service delivery issues. They will also be required to deliver awareness presentations to relevant personnel.

  • Building collaborative relationships between stakeholders.
  • Issue resolution and provision of information briefs.
  • Delivery of assurance activities in line with Contractual requirements.
  • Liaising with third party development projects ensuring scoping and processes are understood and interactions are timely and effective.
  • Stakeholder Management ensuring programme of regional Aquatrine awareness.

Desirable Experience & Skills

  • Experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Basic understanding of water and waste water processes.

Licences

Full UK Driving Licence as multiple site visits are required which are not always accessible by public transport.
