What will you be doing?
This role reports to Digital Transformation within Consumer, coordinating and supporting the transformation of Vodafone UK operating processes, ways of working and products and services.
The Digital Transformation Manager will work with various business areas and with cross-functional teams to deliver Vodafone’s digital transformation. They will lead the sustainable adoption of best practices in digital product and service delivery, digital service design and collaborative ways of working. Working with stakeholders to ensure the scope of delivery is agreed, expectations are set correctly, and value is being delivered for both the business and customers.
The Digital Transformation Manager will identify priority areas for digital transformation through benchmarking assessment against cross-industry best practice – identifying the best and right approach to how and where we resource our Digital talent to maximise value creation. They will develop buy-in from key stakeholders to agree sponsorship and or investment in these priorities and then shape and manage the implementation of the related transformation initiatives.
The role-holder will be highly competent at implementing Change Management activity to ensure Vodafone teams affected by digital transformation activity have all the support they need to embrace changes and continue to work to their potential.
Who are we looking for?
Experience in Operating Model transformation and re-shaping teams both locally and offshore.- A track record of driving the adoption of best practice for customer centric digital service and product delivery.
- Expertise in stakeholder management techniques and confidence in clearly communicating complex concepts with senior stakeholders.
- Competent at using data to evidence and clearly communicate the benefits of business transformation.
- Change Management and/or Agile ways of working.
