The Role

• Assist in various digital strategy initiatives, that accelerate our company digital strategy, with interaction and engagement with all Hitachi Energy functions.
• Research new digital strategy topics, both technical and business model related, and use this research to inform our digital strategy and customer innovation engagements.
• Assist in the introduction of new customer facing disruptive ideas and innovation processes.
• Embrace both our strategy and culture in which employees are encouraged to be solution focused and relay information in a way that is compelling and relatable.
• You will receive regular input, supervision, and guidance as well as the tools and ongoing support throughout the duration of your internship.

Background

• A Bachelors degree graduate with a specialism in business/engineering
• Or Masters/PHD level with a specialism in business/engineering
• Independent thinker who can convey thoughts and ideas in an articulate way to a variety of audiences.
• Ambitious, self-motivated, willing to learn as well as challenge ideas and bring a fresh new perspective to the way we work.
• Passionate about sustainable energy solutions and what that means to them, our business, and its wider reaching impact.
• Interest and technical proficiency in digitalization technologies, and digital transformation applied to industrial markets
