About the role
The Natural History Museum’s Library and Archives is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced individual to lead the development and delivery of its library and archives collections management and discovery systems.
The Digital Systems Librarian takes the lead for developing, delivering and managing the department’s management and discovery system (currently Alma and Primo (Ex Libris) and Calm and Calm View (Axiell) and library-side peripheral integrations. As a library systems specialist you will ensure our digital platforms and systems are optimised for the management and discovery of Library and Archives collections and resources, physical and digital, and for supporting our users and staff.
This is an exciting and varied role, working with library and archive collections that are of institutional, national and international significance as well as a dynamic team of information professionals.
