THE ROLE
This is permanent role, joining Communisis as a Digital Services Account Executive, the role is mostly remote working with occasional travel to customer sites within the UK.
The role will involve dealing with Email Campaigns and Changes for a Financial Services client. The position would suit someone with a keen interest in Digital Communication and excellent Account Management skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day to day operational requirements for email campaigns
- Attend and contribute to client, supplier, and internal meetings
- Reporting of key metrics
- Assisting in planning of Marketing, Transactional and Project work
- Support the Account Manager
- Provide input to Service Review meetings
- Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Deliver an excellent customer service to clients and achieve SLAs.
- Learn best practices and industry standards related to digital channels
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Experience of working in client services with strong skills for building and managing client relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously
- Happy working on your own initiative and being part of a team
- Ability to prioritise and organise own workload
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Good Problem-Solving skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing/email campaigns would be helpful.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry would be an advantage
- Ideally 2 years’ experience or more in a similar role
