We’re looking for a Digital Project Manager to work in the Department of Marketing and Communications, who will be responsible for the successful delivery of the University’s website, working across the university, to ensure that projects provide outstanding user experiences and enhance the University’s brand reputation. The role will require the ability to manage multiple projects, from inception to completion, and to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.

The role will require the ability to manage multiple projects, from inception to completion, and to work collaboratively with colleagues across departments.
Reporting to the Head of Digital Channels and Content, you will lead a dynamic digital team, including the Information Architecture and User Experience (IA/UX) Analyst, User Experience and User Interface (UX/UI) Designer, and Front-End Web Developer, and will possess the technical skills to ensure robust system architecture, including process creation and implementation, testing, user and quality management.
You will be degree level qualified (or equivalent standard) with significant agile project management skills, and experience in managing an organisational website. You must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of software development cycles and processes, including information architecture, UX design, content management, web development, user and functional testing, and release management. The ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and a commitment to providing excellent customer service and high-quality digital solutions are essential requirements for the role.
