Role Purpose
What if… Vodafone becomes the Trusted Advisor for SMBs on all ICT needs, offering a differentiated, data-driven advice service that helps them to grow and protect their business in a digital world SMBs are the lifeblood of local communities and market economics, employing over 2/3 of people in Europe and contributing 50% GDP. Time, money and resources are everyday challenges for this sector, and the majority continue to struggle when it comes to prioritising and investing in technology and digital, be it improving the efficiency and security of their ways of working and operations, through to capitalising on digital sales and marketing strategies.
V-Hub is Vodafone Business’ new digital advice service; a proposition committed to helping SMBs grow and protect their business by harnessing technology. The service provides tailored recommendations and advice, relevant, helpful information and access to expert advisers. Three years on, V-Hub is live in 14 markets across Europe and Africa. And the service is evolving to offer a secure advisory ‘members’ portal, where SMBs can sign-up for free to create, manage and save a unique digital action plan for their business, with ongoing 121 advice and access tailored content.
The role of Digital Product Owner will lead the digital experience of the service alongside the ‘software-as-a-service’ platform strategy, including the build, operation, ongoing management and roll-out of the digital product for our OpCo customers. Working closely with Group Vodafone Business’ technology department, this is a leadership role in the V-Hub team with line management responsibility.
What you’ll do
Define and develop V-Hub’s digital product strategy; both SME DX and OpCo SaaS requirements- Define, prioritise and deliver V-Hub’s digital product roadmap to realise the strategy
- Lead and develop V-Hub’s digital product team, inclusive of digital design and experience, product management and technical delivery
- Manage the performance of V-Hub’s digital product offering, both as a digital experience and a platform for OpCos
- Manage the V-Hub digital product budget to cost-effectively deliver new product experiences and maintain the existing platforms and DX
Who you are
Digital product design and delivery, from conception to customers in market- Experience leading and developing digital product teams, from UX to technology, in a matrixed environment
- Experience managing a budget and prioritising investment, considering commercial agreements with third parties area.
