What you’ll be doing?
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality teaching and learning to individuals and groups, as required
- Deliver immersive learning experiences, ensuring engagement through the use of collaboration tools
- Contribute to improvements to the scheme of learning, lesson plans, teaching and learning materials and resources to meet the qualification requirements
- Contribute to business success by identifying and proactively pursuing opportunities for improvement, supporting the sales teams with specialist knowledge where required
- Contribute to business success by driving the completion of learner evaluations and identifying and referring opportunities for improvement
- Take ownership for own continuous professional development to ensure up to date and relevant delivery

Principles of Digital Product Management- Stakeholder Engagement
- Product Research & Discovery

- Applied Product Management
Experience in using and good knowledge of:
- Recent industry experience in a Digital Product Manager role
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- In depth knowledge of relevant product management principles
- Analysed the structure of a business to determine how it operates and determine its objectives
- Familiar with current Product Management methodologies
- Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Understanding of Product Metrics
- Prepared and delivered reports to their findings to leadership with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
- Desirable knowledge of apprenticeships and work-based learning
- Desirable knowledge of the Ofsted Common Inspection Framework
- Track record of a classroom, virtual training delivery will be an advantage but it's not mandatory
- Ability to apply theoretical understanding of effective practice in teaching, learning and assessment
- Plan activities/sessions that stretch and challenge learners of all backgrounds and abilities
What We'll Do For You!
Most days you’ll be delivering engaging learning events/training sessions/workshops to our learners in a classroom or virtual setting, with cohort numbers from 8 people plus. You’ll be sharing your subject matter expertise and knowledge of working in industry. Other days you’ll design and develop new learning materials based on client briefs and work on developing your own skills and knowledge to keep your expertise fresh.
