Role Purpose
The Digital Price Desk are accountable for providing support to our VGE customer base via both the digital and legacy routes. The team play a key role in ensuring Vodafone is easy to do business with by working with our Customers, Sales and Service teams to understand and deliver against customer quote requirements.
The specialist will be responsible for supporting the Customer, Sales and Service teams, ensuring market relevant quotes are provided for IoT, mobile and fixed services, through the Digital and Legacy routes for both BAU and bespoke customers.
This role is based in our Glasgow office and will be on a hybrid basis.

- Be a key member of the Digital Price Desk Team delivering a world beating service to our customers
- Process market relevant complex quotes both mobile and fixed via legacy and digital routes
- Support Sales through the Digital journey, enabling self-serve where possible
- Manage complex quote processing from initial request through to dispatch and follow-up on both BAU and bespoke accounts
- Proactive and reactive query and process support to our internal Digital Price Desk
