This is a brilliant opportunity for upcoming or recent graduates, looking to get into Digital Marketing, or for someone looking to kick start a career in Digital Marketing.
You will become part of an enthusiastic, friendly and dynamic marketing team who like to test, learn and continuously improve our marketing strategies. Hillarys are part of the Hunter Douglas group of companies, so you’ll be working across all our market leading brands; Hillarys UK, Hillarys Ireland, Thomas Sanderson, and Victory (Australian based business).
As a Digital Media Assistant you will be trained and developed to understand the world of paid media, with a focus on PPC (pay per click), paid social and display advertising - looking after six figure monthly budgets. This is a great development role as you will get to learn and work within our 70-person strong marketing team as well as UK leading marketing agencies based around the UK. Your key responsibilities will be working with the media agencies to make improvements to our Google and Meta advertising strategy, whilst working collaboratively with our specialist teams within web, social and campaign team to make improvements to the website, optimise spend and test messaging.
You’ll be a confident communicator and have the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, as you will be working closely with our in-house teams and have key contacts at some of the largest marketing agencies in the UK, as well as Google and Meta. You’ll need to have strong IT and data skills, and be confident with numbers and data analysis as you’ll eventually have ownership of paid media reporting, so a strong understanding of Microsoft Office is desirable.
