What you will be doing...
Digital Marketing Tester, based at Holiday House in Leeds City Centre.
Jet2Labs incorporates all the digital functions of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. Our mission is the continual optimisation and innovation of digital to deliver sales volume, ROI and engagement at speed.
Reporting to the Ecommerce Merchandising Manager, our Digital Marketing Tester will Take Responsibility for the day-to-day testing and verification of all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays digital content. That includes updates to the customer booking journey, landing pages and the general user experience of Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays’ websites and apps.

What will you do in the role?
In this exciting opportunity, you’ll work within our busy Digital Marketing Team, mostly with the Merchandising and UX Teams. You will also: -
- Test all Jet2.com’s and Jet2holidays’ digital marketing, with a focus on landing page suitability, website bugs and inconsistencies
- Make sure new website builds and content amends accurately reflect signed-off designs and fully serve customer and business needs
What are the key skills/experience you’ll already have?
Our Digital Marketing Tester will require a high attention to detail, excellent written English and grammar, a positive attitude towards scrutinising the websites to find errors, bugs and inconsistencies. You will also: -
- Have strong communication skills to be able to feedback these findings to the relevant teams and individuals
- Be able to work as part of a team, as well as individually
- Have experience within a similar digital testing role would be highly desirable, as would experience working with ecommerce web teams
