Paul Gough Media is a Digital marketing Agency that works with hundreds of business owner clients across the world. We run the Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram paid advertising of some of the top health care practices in America, Australia, UK and Canada.
Our primary goal is to use digital marketing to help our clients grow the best businesses in their area. We hold offices in the North East of England, and Orlando, Florida, and we are taking applications from experienced, experts in Digital Marketing AGENCY scale, to join the growth of Paul Gough Media.
Your job is to take the lead on our product delivery and strategy and in doing so, directly contribute to the success of hundreds of businesses around the world. Are you up to the job?

The successful person will have a proven track record of being in charge of digital strategy and be able to hire and develop other successful digital marketing experts.
In fact, one of your first jobs upon winning this role is to bring with you at least one (if not two) of these experts to our agency within in weeks to allow us to cope with the pent-up demand we’ve got from clients wanting to hire us.
Working with us, you’ll be given the autonomy to develop our digital marketing strategy, to develop other digital marketing experts, and your own personal development as a leader and manager will be at the heart of what we will do to help you. You will be working for a multiple best selling author and a marketing driven CEO with years of running and growing successful companies in the UK and USA.

Key Responsibilities
Product success – ensure all of our clients feel successful using our digital marketing product/service
Product development – respond to emerging online marketing trends and find new ways to better serve our clients with their online marketing needs
Team skill enhancement - work with our existing team to develop their digital marketing skills and knowledge
- Future team success – work with our ops manager to find and recruit new digital marketing talent from all over the world
- Create an inhouse “digital marketing training school” to ensure that PG Media remains at the leading edge of digital marketing implementation
Salary 40-60k
