Job purpose:
In this role you will create, develop and automate personalised content and campaigns, with the aim to increase brand awareness and customer engagement. There is a big focus on measuring and testing, to optimise into the best converting materials. These targeted, online tactics will be part of our omnichannel customer journeys, created in collaboration with a cross functional team.
As a specialist you will challenge the status quo, provide expertise and advise on the different online channels.
You will be part of an Agile squad working within a scrum framework; Playing a critical role in the squad its governance, initiatives and achievements. Bringing new ideas and ways of working, striving for results and achievement of an enhanced customer experience.
This role will report to the Digital channel development and operational lead
and will be part of the wider Customer Engagement team. You will work closely with the strategic channel leads, global brand teams, other online and offline specialists and internal stakeholders.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, execution and maintenance of different online content/campaigns. You will collaborate with others on the formation and implementation of our customer journeys and ensure that they are as personalised as possible. From ‘Attraction’ all the way to ‘Conversion’.
- Lead on the creation of a clear website strategy, together with the customer engagement team and other internal stakeholders.
- Measure, test and optimise the different content/campaigns developed.
- Analyse and share results and challenge the status quo based on your knowledge, experience and/or data.
- You will work on the creation of content/campaigns by localising global content, reusing previously created templates or creating new ones where required.
- Be an internal specialist: Challenge the status quo, advise on input, educate others and give tips on improvements. This includes things like goal setting, design, wording, imagery, testing, automation, personalisation and usage.
- Understand “what works” digitally and act, advise and challenge accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and use your project management skills for managing different projects and processes. Flex and adapt to the evolving priorities of your team and focus on the key priorities of the business.
- Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, best practices and technologies. Experiment with new technical developments and design concepts and trends.
About you
Technical Skills/Requirements:
- Experience in the creation and maintenance of digital materials, like email, websites, advertisements, etc.
- Understanding of and experience with how to increase online results: measuring, optimisation, testing.
- Strong sense of aesthetics in digital materials, as well as a feeling for effective texts.
- Knowledge of tools like CMS, HTML, Experience with Photoshop, SFMC is desirable.
- Ability to challenge and inspire others - based on experiences, skills and knowledge. Your written, verbal communication and presentation communication skills are good.
- Understanding of digital trends and a strong willingness to keep up to date with new developments, including design concepts and trends.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail.
- Experience in project management, like the Agile methodology. Ability to work on multiple projects and capable of proper time-management able to take decisions around prioritisation.
- Knowledge of the Sanofi product portfolio, culture, strategies and business models of different markets is a preferred but not required.
