About the team
You will sit in the Performance Marketing team as part of the Global Marketing Organisation. Our remit is to support all three sides of our marketplace (consumer, rider & merchant) by using digital channels to scale acquisition and retention strategies. We are a vibrant function, collaborating with our Creative Studio, Data Science and Marketing Technology teams to deliver world-class digital campaigns across 10 markets globally.
About the role
As the Digital Marketing Specialist for Retail, you will help develop and execute Paid and Organic strategies across Search and App channels for our new Retail vertical, with the potential to scale this across other key channels in the team such as Paid Social. You will be involved at the start of a groundbreaking initiative, where your contributions will have an impact on our growth in all our markets. You will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and can work under a hybrid working model between our London HQ and home.
What you'll be doing
- Lead campaign creation, optimisation and weekly reporting tasks
- Manage an increasing budget and scale campaigns against strict KPIs
- Scope and implement A/B testing strategies to enhance channel performance
- Present results to the Performance Marketing team and the wider business
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify strategic opportunities
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine ad copy for retail
- Get involved in projects with other areas of Performance Marketing
- Work with Marketing Technologists to increase efficiency and automation
- Collaborate with the wider Marketing Team across all regions; UK and Internationally
- Collaborate with teams to improve landing pages and product pages for improved
Requirements
- 2+ years experience with Google Ads, specifically Google Shopping Ads
- Track record in managing Paid Search campaigns in different languages, driving marketing performance and ROI
- Experience managing large data feeds, and working with large data sets
- Experience of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google App Campaigns
- Experience with Apple Search Ads
- Are comfortable with (and look forward to) solving complex paid search challenges
- Experience with Meta Advantage+ catalogue ads is preferred
- Familiarity with SEO and ASO strategies
