Are you passionate about digital marketing and ready to make a real impact? REPA Group, the parent company of Parts Town UK, are seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing specialist to join our dynamic and growing team and drive our online presence to new heights.
As Digital Marketing specialist working across the REPA Group’s portfolios you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
Your primary responsibility will be to oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website development, search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
This role requires a creative and analytical individual with a passion for staying up to date with the latest and merging digital marketing trends and technologies.
You’ll liaise with stakeholders across Europe and can be located anywhere in the UK if you’re happy to work fully-remote, or at one of our UK offices in Cannock or Heywood if you’d prefer a hybrid arrangement. Occasional travel to Europe will be required.
What you’ll do:
· Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company objectives, including website traffic growth, lead generation, and brand visibility.
· Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising campaigns.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and engaging digital content, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across all platforms.
· Track, analyse, and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for improvement.
· Oversee the development and maintenance of the company website, ensuring user-friendly navigation and engaging user experience.
What you bring:
· Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or in a similar role.
· Solid understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools.
· Experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
· Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data for decision-making.
· Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
· Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
· Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems (CMS) is desirable.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Effective communication and presentation skills.
· Comfortable in an international, fast paced environment
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or a related field, is an advantage
